Working Principle
1、When there is no pressure in the water cup: the float drops due to self-weight, the valve closes the cavity hole, the piston is pressed down by the spring, and the condensate is drained through.
2、When there is pressure inside the water cup: when the pressure is above 1kgf/cm2, the piston overcomes the spring and presses upward, thus the drainage channel is closed, and the inside of the water cup is isolated from the outside world.
3、When there is condensate inside the water cup:When the condensate is collected to a certain extent, the float rises due to buoyancy and opens the inner cavity hole pressure into the inner cavity, the piston is pressed down by the pressure and the spring, and the condensate is discharged through the drainage conduit.
