The AL2000 Air Source Treatment Unit is a compact pneumatic lubricator and oil-mist filter designed for industrial compressed air systems. As part of the F.R.L (Filter-Regulator-Lubricator) family, it ensures optimal air quality and component longevity by integrating moisture separation and oil mist injection functionalities
Key Features:
- Dual Functionality:
- Oil-Mist Filtration: Removes airborne contaminants (dust, moisture, and oil residues) with a 40 μm filtration precision to protect downstream pneumatic components
- Lubrication Control: Atomizes ISO VG32-grade oil (e.g., turbine oil) to reduce friction in valves, cylinders, and actuators, enhancing operational efficiency
- Compact & Robust Design:
- Aluminum Alloy Body: Lightweight yet durable, suitable for high-vibration industrial environments
- Transparent Polycarbonate (PC) Bowl: Allows visual monitoring of oil levels and moisture accumulation, with a 15 CC filter cup capacity for efficient water separation
- Technical Specifications:
- Port Size: G1/4″ (1/4-inch) for seamless integration into standard pneumatic pipelines
- Pressure Range: Adjustable from 0.05–0.85 MPa, with a self-locking pressure adjustment knob to prevent unintended changes
- Operating Limits:
- Max Pressure: 1.0 MPa (with burst pressure tolerance up to 1.5 MPa).
- Temperature Range: 5–60°C, compatible with most industrial settings
- Installation & Maintenance:
- Directional Flow Indicators: Arrow markings (“→”) ensure correct airflow alignment to avoid reverse installation
- Drainage System: Manual or automatic drainage options for moisture removal; the filter cup should be emptied before contaminants reach critical levels
- Filter Maintenance:
- Reusable brass filter element (cleanable via air blowing).
- PC bowl cleaned with a dry cloth; avoid chemical agents to prevent material degradation
